Enscape works across the agricultural sector to research and understand how to deliver innovation in policy, as well as identfifying new business models, that can support many of our remote rural communities.  

Our work in research years has involved a range of projects, including delivering insights for the Scottish Government to understand how mobile abattoirs could provide a local service to communities that want to manage their livestock in a more local way.
